Random-content goods — once the packaging is opened you are liable for the reduction in value (Articles 7 and 9 of the T&C)
  • Shipping & returns
    • Standard dispatch within 2 business days of payment being credited.
    • Carriers: Packeta (Z-Box / branch), Slovak Post, personal pickup in Bratislava.
    • Returns within 14 days without giving a reason for single cards, graded cards, accessories and random-content goods (booster packs, boxes, ETBs); for random-content goods you are liable for the reduction in value once the packaging is opened.
  • Random-content goods
    • The contents of the sealed packaging are not known before opening and their value is determined by chance (blind box).
    • Once the packaging is opened, you are liable for the reduction in the value of the goods (Section 21(4) of Slovak Act No. 108/2024), which for blind products amounts to practically the entire price. You may return unopened goods within 14 days. Statutory liability for defects in the goods still applies.

    Notice on withdrawal from the contract

  • Authenticity & condition
    • Every card and sealed product goes through a physical check before entering stock.
    • For single cards we state the condition on the Mint / Near Mint / Excellent / Good / Light Played / Played / Poor scale.
    • Graded cards (PSA, BGS, CGC) are supplied in the original slab.
    • We mark real photos of the specific item with a green “Real photo" badge.
    • The shrink wrap and cellophane are protective packaging, not part of the goods; slight creasing or a bubble is not a defect. Report obvious transport damage to the courier on receipt.
